Our Story | Fitness – Week 1

Ok, y’all, let’s be real. Every girl wants that rocking honeymoon bod and dreads doing to work to get it, when most guys can do two crunches and – POW – and 8 pack….Not even fair. So, not wanting to kill myself, but also wanting to make a life change and, hopefully, learn something along the way, I’ve chosen to go with Tone It Up. Tone It Up was started by two ladies who really just enjoy health eating and working out and are HILARIOUS!

I joined about a year ago, just for the workouts that they post online. I didn’t really get into it until around January when I did their 8 Weeks New Years Series. Let’s just say I made it 4 out of the 8 and just got lazy. SO, my goal is to make it through all 8 weeks of the Bikini Series that starts TOMORROW.
