It’s always such an honor when you get to play a role in your friends wedding and this one was no different. Brett and Brittany met in our Young Adult Home Group and immediately had sparks! We all knew, from the beginning, that they would get married and when the day finally came, they were surrounded by all their friends and family and had a blast breaking it down on the dance floor.

I couldn’t help but throw in one of this hot guy on the dance floor ūüėČ

Gosh, my girl is gorgeous! It’s always all the more sweeter when you get to step back and watch your friends tie the knot and this wedding was no different. Brittany is stunning and these photos match her joy, elegance and love for her husband. I cannot wait to share their gorgeous Tuscan wedding, but for now, enjoy!

Kimberly and Kevin are so precious and have one of the sweetest proposal stories! I loved sitting in Brewed with my assistant talking about how they met and dreaming of their gorgeous day. We are so excited to have the future Forister’s as a part of the Borrowed & Blue Couples.

I think one of the hardest parts of planning a wedding is trying to keep the same theme going through out everything you do. So, when it cam time to pick our save the dates, I knew exactly where to look! If you are a bride on a budget, then Etsy is the place for you! It’s the perfect place to blend your style with affordable prices.

These are the 3 we were looking at:

Shop: Hazel Bloom Boutique

Shop: Kibb K Studio

Shop: Fotovella

I loved all of the above ones, but I honestly fell in love with the one we chose instantly! When purchasing from Mallory, we picked her not just based on design, but based on the fact that she would print and mail them to us. For us that saved us a step of having to get them printed and the price difference between DIY printing and having her printing was so small that it was worth it to just have her do it.

So here we go!!!

We can’t wait to send these out to our friends and family and get this party started!!

This day was a long time coming. We had been waiting out rain for a couple of weeks and when the day finally came, we were still unsure of the rain, but we went for it! It was so great! The sun poked through right as we got there and it is one of my favorite memories so far!

Thank you Elisabeth!! You made it so fun!

Y’ALL. Brittany is the picture of a Southern Bride! When we met for our initial meeting, she said that she wants to incorporate as much Southern tradition as possible & she did!! Here is a sneak peak from Elisabeth Carol Photography!!

Ok, y’all, let’s be real. Every girl wants that rocking honeymoon bod and dreads doing to work to get it, when most guys can do two crunches and – POW – and 8 pack….Not even fair. So, not wanting to kill myself, but also wanting to make a life change and, hopefully, learn something along the way, I’ve chosen to go with Tone It Up. Tone It Up was started by two ladies who really just enjoy health eating and working out and are HILARIOUS!

I joined about a year ago, just for the workouts that they post online. I didn’t really get into it until around January when I did their 8 Weeks New Years Series. Let’s just say¬†I made it¬†4 out of the 8 and just got lazy. SO, my goal is to make it through all 8 weeks of the Bikini Series that starts TOMORROW.

So, follow me through this journey and I will to tell you the pros and cons and my true opinions of this process. I can’t wait to see how not only does my body change, but so do my cravings and how I view foods!

¬†Let’s do this!

When one of the sweetest people you know calls you and asks if you would be interested in doing a styled shoot for a workshop, you drop everything and say YES! Jessica with Jessica Gold Photography is a gem and has the most contagious spirit! She launched her first workshop this year and totally crushed it – even though she completely lost her voice!

We worked with some AMAZING vendors & despite the dreary weather, I loved how it all came together!

We were so blessed to be featured on Ruffled Blog! Thank you thank you thank YOU to everyone who made this possible!

We also got to see my friend Emily at Emily Paige Films create an amazing behind the scenes video!!

This wedding was anything short of fun. Britan and Taylor made sure to create an atmosphere that no one would forget! From an epic band to Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits at the end of the night, they’re guests left happy!

Taylor & Britan’s wedding was featured on Wedding Chicks back in February and anyone could see why! It was full of gorgeous Fall details that could not have happened without this amazing list of A team vendors!
