I’ve never understood why the Holiday’s have always made me want to go back to New York. Maybe it’s the sight of the tree going up in Rockefeller Center or bundling up to go out in the cold to see a show and go on adventures. This adorable New York wedding hit right at home this week as the warm weather lingers and I wish for cooler weather.

Am I the only that does not feel like Thanksgiving should be happening this weekend?! I mean where is the world has the time gone? This weekend sure did add to the craziness, but it turned into a huge blessing!

This past Thursday was National Letterman Day & we all know that I will never miss a chance for a good dress up day!! (and of course, my eyes were closed)

10 Miles. That’s all I’m going to say. Hallelujah!

Oh how I wish I could be just a little more creative. I love the way hand lettering looks and I have been working a long time to be able to produce something worth showing others. Keep your eyes peeled this week, because I might have something special for all my Instagram followers ūüôā

& last but not least was my final wedding of the season!!! I cannot wait for you guys to be able to lay your eyes on these gorgeous photos!

Hope you all had a great weekend!!

This week is very special. I actually met the bride through her amazing work on Instagram! She is the owner of Kaitlin Parisho Designs and if you don’t already follow her, get on it.

Last week our Brunch Styled Shoot was featured on Burnett Boards!

I was so excited when Katie from Katie Jane Photography called to do a shoot with me! She had such great ideas and I knew this would be an awesome one for the books!

I’m sorry, but I had to start it off with my all time favorite photo from this shoot. This is my header for my Twitter and the background on my laptop. Swoon.

I was so excited when I got the files for these invites! Lauren from Zuka Creative did such an amazing job of capturing our exact feel for the day!

Uh hello.

Once again, I was so blow away by Kelsey’s work on our table number, brunch sign and all the place cards! This girl has a huge talent.

Just take a second and take in this gorgeous arrangement. I sure did.

This weekend was full of some crazy stuff, but who ever said they want to be boring??

Let’s just say my weekend started on Wednesday, when these babes met up at Eno’s Pizza Tavern¬†to celebrate Elisabeth’s 23rd Birthday! It’s so crazy to think that 4 out of these 6 girls lived in the same Brownstone our senior year of school! We started the tradition of roommate birthday dinners when we all moved in together and now most of the time, this is the only time when we get to see each other.

I also learned a lot about grace & not just grace towards others, but how important it is to have grace towards yourself.

Most of you do not know that I actually have a full time job on top of running Borrowed & Blue. I work as the Worship & Media Administrative Assistant at Pantego Bible Church in Fort Worth and I love it! I help produce, what we call Connections for Life, videos. These are our announcements videos that we run during the service. The amazing people in the picture above are what make my job so amazing! I love volunteers and these two stayed after church today, just so we could get an early start on our December Announcement Videos!

So, like I said yesterday, “That’s ¬†a wrap!” I hope you all had a great weekend & stayed warm!

Happy Wednesday!

Let’s just say I may have clicked on this video just because of the gorgeous house in the background and THEN I fell in love with Emily & Chris.

It’s always so special when you see another coordinator tie the knot. The thought and detail that goes into every aspect of their wedding, just makes it that much more unique and Katey & Matt’s wedding is no different.

I came across this video on one of Southern Weddings posts last week and fell in love with the paper flowers! No detail was over looked and they could not have chosen a better cinematographer to capture every sweet moment and make you feel like you were there!

I hope you enjoy & Happy Wednesday!
