2013 Wedding Tag

Kevin and Kimberly were so adorable & I loved being able to work with them on their gorgeous Stonegate Mansion Wedding. This wedding was definitely memorable since they were the last wedding I did before our own wedding! And it was the perfect way to end 2016! I hope you enjoy these stunning photos from Alba Rose Photography.

This is a very special day for me because this was my first wedding in 2013! This was also my first wedding as strictly the designer. I’m not going to lie, this was a very different role for me, but I am so glad I got to do it alongside Janet!

For those of you that don’t know, Janet is my hair magician. I have been going to her since I began college- that would be 5+ years- and her and John have been together ever since I could remember. They are so precious together and after seeing their adorable engagement I could not wait to see how their wedding would turn out!

These gorgeous pictures were taken at Ft. Worth Belltower by The Three & all of the amazing center pieces and china were from Rent My Dust! I loved getting to meet these three vendors and was impressed by all they had to offer.

So, without further adiue…I present to you Mr. & Mrs. John Thai!

A huge thank you to all the vendors!

This was a gorgeous wedding!

Happy Friday Everyone!

I am so pumped about this weeks post!

Invitations are so important and the one way to my heart.

…here are some very important points to review before designing your invitations:

  • Your invitation is the first thing your guest will see. This sets the mood and style of your wedding.
  • Make them “you”. Your invitations should be something that your guests will open and be reminded of you and your spouse!
  • It’s ok to spend a little extra on the glitter filled envelopes. If that is something you love and you know that it will make you excited to send your invitations, then go for it!
  • Don’t forget the stamp on the return envelope! There are certain rules when it comes to sending invitations and the stamp rule should never go away. Returning the RSVP card should be so easy for your guests. There is nothing like getting an invitation in the mail and then having to hunt down a stamp before you put it in the mailbox.
